Terms Of Service
By purchasing a commission, you have read and agree to the following terms:
General
You must be at least 18 years of age to commission me.
You may not claim any of my work as your own.
Please allow up to 24 hours for me to respond to any messages.
Process Details
Full payment is required before I start work, unless a payment plan has been arranged.
I will write the first draft of the commission, awaiting the commissioner's approval. Once approved, a refund cannot be issued.
I will send frequent updates on the commission throughout the process, asking the commissioner for any tweaks and edits that they would like.
After I have finished writing, it will enter it's final editing stage. After the final edits have been approved by the commissioner, I will no longer edit the commission and it is completed.
The commission will be delivered via DM or Email.
Intellectual Property & Distribution
I provide commissions exclusively via digital medium. There will not be any physical components.
Completed pieces will be delivered via DM or Email. It is the sole responsibility of the commissioner to save and store a completed commission as I may not keep them all forever.
I maintain all of the rights to my work, and my work is for personal or private use only.
Payment & Refunds
Payment will be via PayPal in GBP. If a payment plan is discussed, at least 50% of the payment must be paid upfront.
The commissioner will have 48 hours to send the first payment. If I do not receive the first payment within the time frame provided, the commission will be declined.
I reserve the right to cancel a commission for any reason at any time, at which point the commissioner will receive a refund.
After the first draft is approved by the commissioner, I am no longer able to provide a refund.
What I Won't Write
As previously stated, I reserve the right to cancel any commission for any reason. With that being said, here is a list of things I won't write about.
Scat, Vore, Torture, Birthing, Underage, Watersports, Extreme Gore, Non-Consensual
Anything else that I may find unsavoury I will refuse to write about.
